Top strategies 2011

How can one avoid that nothing happens between conferences?

The participants at Arts and Audiences chose three main strategies to bring home.

Arts and Audiences was meant to be a working session, and one could certainly observe some fruitful discussions at the closing session, where participants were prioritizing, discussing and finally voting for their suggested strategies to bring home.

Suggestions were delivered by participants both in a mailbox during the conference, but also through in-depth sections and as a response to challenges listed at the beginning of the arrangement.

From the votes we might conclude that the following three strategies will be important until the members are invited to the next conference in Stockholm, in 2012:

1. Stop competing and start cooperating!

2. Involve the whole organization!

3. Focus on the power of the artwork!
